Cúrsa ar líne!

An t-Earrach

Fáinleoga ag filleadh ón Aifric Theas,

Ag tnúth go mór le haimsir dheas,

Fásann féar is beirtear lao óga,

Ag méadú obair an fheirmeora.

Boghanna báistí anois is arís,

Dathanna éagsúla, álainn an fhís,

Uain óga sna páirceanna ag léimt ‘s ag méileach,

Na ba lena hais, fillte ar fhéarach.

Bumbóga gnóthach, ag obair le fonn,

Ag tógáil coirceoga, ag barr na gcrann,

Tús arís le baint an fhéir,

An boladh sin, arís sa aer.

Iontach an seasúr é an t-earrach

Ní bhíonn sé fuar, ní bhíonn sé salach,

Tá trí mhí ann, dhearmad mé ceann amháin..
